June 21st (Fri) 8:00 PM Blues Traveler After dominating the 90s with hits like "Hook" and "Run Around," blues-jam rock outfit Blues Traveler helped reinvigorate a more pop-laden jam scene while becoming a staple of top 40 radio stations everywhere with their infectious rock hits. Blues Traveler is the second show on our Sherman Summer Stage series at Mount Airy Casino & Resort. Tickets are $38 and $30. June 28th (Fri) 6:00 PM Patent Pending One of the Sherman's longest tenured bands, Patent Pending emerges from the basements of Long Island, NY and has taken the pop-punk scene by storm by captivating listeners with their unique blend of melodic pop-punk, in-your-face energy, and optimistic views on the American music scene. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 day of show.
June 29th (Sat) 8:00 PM The Legacy of Michael Jackson Featuring Lane Lassiter, the Legacy of Michael Jackson pays homage to one of the greatest pop superstars the world has ever seen, recreating his famous dance moves along to the tunes of his greatest hits. Tickets are $24.95.
July 1st (Mon) 1:00 - 6:00 PM American Red Cross Blood Drive The Sherman Theater and American Red Cross will be hosting their annual on July 1st in the Theater.
July 11th (Thurs) 8:00 PM Mac Miller- The Space Migration Tour In a blossoming hip-hop hotbed of talent, Malcolm "Mac Miller" McCormick is next up out of Pittsburgh, PA. A recent graduate of Taylor Allerdice High School, Mac caught the eyes and ears of Rostrum Records, inking a deal in July 2010. A multitalented musician who can play numerous instruments and a young novice of the freestyle circuit of his hometown, Mac has been paving his way to superstardom. Tickets are $27.50 in advance, $30.00 day of show.
July 18th (Thurs) 8:00 PM Dave Mason Dave Mason is a living rock legend. At age 18, the Worcester England native teamed up with Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi and Chris Wood to form the legendary band Traffic, who had a profound affect on the genre of rock and roll. While still a teen Mason penned the Traffic hit “Feelin' Alright”. The song became a global rock anthem and has been recorded by dozens of artists (including Joe Cocker who had a huge international hit with the song), “Feeling Alright” remains a highlight of Mason’s live shows today. Tickets are $29.50 and $39.50. July 19th (Fri) 8:00 PM Christian Porter After his critically acclaimed performance on NBC's The Voice and
opening for country music star Kellie Pickler, Christian Porter will
headline his first show in his hometown of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Christian recently released his EP All About You in May, which
consists of five original songs. Christian's music is truly
unforgettable and comprised with melodic beats and heart-filled lyrics. Tickets are $30 meet and greet, $20 and $15. July 20th (Sat) 2:00 PM Staventfest 2013 StaVent Custom Drums,
teamed up with ROCK HARD PRODUCTIONS to bring you great bands from Ohio,

July 25th (Thur) 7:30 PM Electric Hot Tuna From their days playing together as teenagers to their current acoustic and electric blues, it's always been about consistency in rock music with Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady, the founders of continuing core members of Hot Tuna. Formerly of Jefferson Airplane, Jorma and Jack have continued on as Hot Tuna, both acoustic and electric, for years and years, bringing in new musicians but keeping their sound mostly the same.Tickets are $25, $35, and $40.
August 11th (Sun) 7:00 PM Kansas Kansas, the progressive rock "garage band" from Topeka, was discovered by Wally Gold in 1973 and released their first album in 1974. The band has gone on since then to produce eight gold albums, three six-time Platinum winning albums (Leftoverture, Point of Know Return, Best of Kansas), one platinum live album (Two for the Show) and a million-selling gold single, ‘Dust in the Wind.’ Kansas appeared on the Billboard charts for over 200 weeks throughout the ‘70's and ‘80's and played to sold-out arenas and stadiums throughout North America, Europe and Japan. This is the third concert in our outdoor Sherman Summer Stage series at Mount Airy Casino and Resort.Tickets are $25, $35, $45. August 14th (Wed) 6:30 PM We The Kings Summer Fest 2013, headlined by We The Kings has a power-pop lineup including opening artists The Ready Set, hip-pop rapper T-Mills, and electro-pop duo Breathe Carolina. Tickets are $20 in advance, $23 day of show. August 25th (Sun) 2:00 PM House of Dance Presenting its 7th annual dance recital dedicated to Miguel Antonio Nunez, House of Dance invites you to enjoy their performance entitled "Unless." It features various styles of dance including ballet, tap, hip-hop, & contemporary with special guest F.D.C. Dance Company. Tickets are $12. September 7th (Sat) 7:30 PM Dead. TV Premiere Director/writer Julian Barrett's plan to resurrect "Summer Camp" in a modern reboot that entails using a relatiy show as its template and source of fundraising. Should it succeed, Barrett would once again be at the helm. Bringing together an eclectic group off young "contestants" as well as former stars, Rachel Steele and John Hill, Barrett seems to have put together a sure fire recipe for success... then people start dying. For real. And "elimination" takes on a whole new meaning as "Dead. TV" clearly shows that slasher films have grown up. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 day of show. VIP tickets are $50.
