May 17th (Fri) 8:00 PM Stephen Lynch An American stand-up comedian, musician and Tony Award-nominated actor who is known for his songs mocking daily life and popular culture. Lynch has released two studio albums and two live albums along with a live DVD. He has appeared in two Comedy Central presents: specials and starred in the Broadway adaptation of The Wedding Singer. Stephen just released a new double-disc (Studio & Live) album, Lion, on November 13, 2012. Tickets are $30 Reserved Seating.
May 19th (Sun) 6:30 PM Bullet For My Valentine w/Halestorm, Young Guns, and Stars in Stereo Tightening their grooves and sharpening their riffs, the Welsh quartet who has sold over 4 million albums world wide—Matt Tuck [vocals, guitar], Michael "Padge" Paget [guitar], Michael "Moose" Thomas [drums], and Jason James [bass]—fire off an incendiary collection of hard rock anthems with arena-ready bombast and metallic intensity. May 22nd (Wed) 7:00 PM Hollywood Undead An American rap/rock band from Los Angeles, California, Hollywood Undead has sold over 2 million records in the United States alone, and about 3 million records worldwide. They released their debut album, Swan Songs, on September 2, 2008 and a CD/DVD combo entitled Desperate Measures on November 10th, 2009. Their first two albums both reached in the top 30 of the Billboard 200 with Desperate Measures, peaking at No. 10 on the Billboard's Rock Albums chart, reaching No. 8 on the Alternative Albums chart, No. 5 on the Hard Rock albums chart, and No. 15 on the Digital Albums chart. Their third album American Tragedy peaked at number four on the Billboard 200. Notes from the Underground, their third studio album just released this past January. Featuring American Fangs. June 1st (Sat) 7:00 PM Kellie Pickler with Christian Porter Country artist and former American Idol, current Dancing with the Stars sensation Kellie Pickler kicks off the Sherman Summer Stage series at Mount Airy Casino and Resort on June 1st. Known for her hit single Red High Heels, Kellie's star continues to rise as she keeps the spotlight focused on her while competing on the hit series Dancing With The Stars. Tickets are $35, $45, and $50. June 1st (Sat) 7:30 PM Sound Party High School Foam Party The biggest high school/teenage dance party in the Poconos returns to close out the school year with a great night of dancing to the hottest tracks with DJ King B mixing club, dance, reggaeton, and more. Lazers and foam added into the mix and this is one awesome dance party! Tickets are $12.00 at the door.
June 2nd (Sun) 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM FuSia Dancefest "Come and enjoy a day of dance at the second annual FuSia DanceFest!" June 11th (Tues) 8:00 PM Dropkick Murphys THE POWER OF YOUR EXAMPLE IS FAR GREATER THAN WHAT YOU SAY! Dropkick Murphys formed in 1996 in Boston, MA. The band was originally just a bunch of friends looking to play music for fun. They started playing in the basement of a friend’s barbershop and their goal was to blend the musical influences they had grown up with (Punk Rock, Irish Folk, Rock, and Hardcore) into one loud, raucous, chaotic, and often out of tune mix that they could call their own. To their surprise people seemed to like it and they began to record music and tour constantly. To date they have released numerous singles & EP's, a live album, a DVD and six full length albums and have had the good fortune of being able to play across a large portion of the world. June 12th (Wed) 8:00 PM Aaron Lewis Aaron Lewis is an American musician who was the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and founding member of the rock group Staind, with whom he had relased seven studio albums. He has since ventured into country music with his debut solo album, Town Line which was released on March 1, 2011. He was nominated at the CMt Music Awards for USA Weekend's Breakthrough Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year for his hit "Country Boy." Featuring opener Rick Monroe. July 11th (Thurs) 8:00 PM Mac Miller- The Space Migration Tour In a blossoming hip-hop hotbed of talent, Malcolm "Mac Miller" McCormick is next up out of Pittsburgh, PA. A recent graduate of Taylor Allerdice High School, Mac caught the eyes and ears of Rostrum Records, inking a deal in July 2010. A multitalented musician who can play numerous instruments and a young novice of the freestyle circuit of his hometown, Mac has been paving his way to superstardom. July 25th (Thur) 7:30 PM Electric Hot Tuna From their days playing together as teenagers to their current acoustic and electric blues, it's always been about consistency in rock music with Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady, the founders of continuing core members of Hot Tuna. Formerly of Jefferson Airplane, Jorma and Jack have continued on as Hot Tuna, both acoustic and electric, for years and years, bringing in new musicians but keeping their sound mostly the same.Tickets are $25, $35, and $40.
August 11th (Sun) 7:00 PM Kansas Kansas, the progressive rock "garage band" from Topeka, was discovered by Wally Gold in 1973 and released their first album in 1974. The band has gone on since then to produce eight gold albums, three six-time Platinum winning albums (Leftoverture, Point of Know Return, Best of Kansas), one platinum live album (Two for the Show) and a million-selling gold single, ‘Dust in the Wind.’ Kansas appeared on the Billboard charts for over 200 weeks throughout the ‘70's and ‘80's and played to sold-out arenas and stadiums throughout North America, Europe and Japan.
