With roots stretching back to 1929, The Sherman Theater has been an anchor of Stroudsburg’s vibrant community and culture for close to 100 years. The historic venue not only brings fantastic acts into town but also hosts beloved Main Street events like Stroudfest and acts as a springboard for talented local musicians like those featured in Pocono Showcase.
Ticket sales are part of the picture, but The Sherman Theater operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit center for the arts and can’t uphold its mission without the support of generous donations, memberships and sponsorships. Great or small, your tax-deductible contribution helps to put creativity and the performing arts center stage in the Poconos.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP (1 YEAR – $135)
- Pay NO Ticket Fees on up to 6 tickets per show
- Priority Ticket Access – Purchase tickets before the general public
- Reserved Balcony Seating – Access special seating in Balcony Rows 1-3 for General Admission Standing shows
- $50 off VIP and Skyboxes
- Express Early Entry – Skip the line at the Members Express Entrance Option to enter 15 minutes before doors open to the public.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP (1 YEAR – $350)
All General Membership benefits, plus:
- Opportunities to meet artists (when they do not offer a paid Meet and Greet, when available, at the discretion of the artist)
- $25 Concession Credit for snacks, drinks, or Theater merchandise
- Your name on a plaque in the Theater lobby.
PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP (1 YEAR – $550)
All Gold Membership benefits, plus:
- Five FREE guest passes per year – Buy a ticket to a show and bring a friend for free five times per year (excludes VIP Box tickets, subject to blackout dates.) Call the Membership Coordinator to make arrangements.
CLASS ACT MEMBERSHIP (1 YEAR – $1,200)
All Premium Membership benefits, plus:
- Private Behind-the-Scenes Tour – An exclusive experience at the Sherman Theater.
- 2 Free Tickets Per Month (excludes VIP Box tickets, subject to blackout dates)
STAR MEMBERSHIP (1 YEAR – $5,000)
