Twentytwo
TWENTYTWO. has been a dynamic force in Pennsylvania's punk rock scene since 2019. With a lineup boasting members from bands such as Bangarang!, Man Overboard, and Your Best Regret, twentytwo. brings a newfound energy to the Philly music scene.
In January 2020, twentytwo. kicked off with a bang by recording their introductory 4-song EP with none other than Pete Steinkopf of the legendary Bouncing Souls. The EP was then entrusted to the skilled hands of Alan Douches (known for his work with Saves The Day, AVAIL, and Lifetime) for mastering, resulting in a release that stoked listeners when it dropped in March of 2020.
twentytwo. continued to make waves in the Philly punk rock scene when in 2023, the band unleashed four new singles, each meticulously produced and engineered by Matt Brasch, and mixed and mastered by Nick Steinborn, both of the Wonder Years. These singles served as a testament to the band's evolution and growth, showcasing their knack for crafting infectious hooks and anthemic choruses.
But twentytwo. is more than just a studio powerhouse; they thrive on the raw energy of live performances. Over the past year, the band has shared bills with bands such as MakeWar, Shelter, and CIV. With each performance, twentytwo. solidifies their reputation as a must-see live act.
